Inflammation
Psychologically:
If the dreaming feels unwell on account of external circumstances in the awake state, this can step in the dream as an inflammation. If the dreaming suffers in his dream from an inflammation, it could be that he has internalised negative settings of other people. How the inflammation can be interpreted, depends on the fact which part of the body is concerned.
